L. C. RUDOLPH is former Curator of Books at the Lilly Library, Indiana University. He is author of Hoosier Zion: The Presbyterians in Early Indiana and Francis Asbury and co-editor (with Judith E. Endelman) of Religion in Indiana: A Guide to Resources.
